Overview
This policy explains what personal data Tanahfy processes and why. During the private beta we keep this to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we process
Account data (email), content you enter (parcels, documents, notes), and technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser) needed to operate and secure the service.
Cookies & local storage
Tanahfy uses only strictly necessary storage: a login session cookie (when signed in), an access cookie for the private-beta gate, and browser local storage for your own settings (language, units). No tracking or advertising cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.
Hosting & fonts
The site is hosted on Vercel; the backend (accounts, data) runs on Supabase. Server logs (e.g. IP address) are processed to operate and secure the service. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font providers.
Legal basis & retention
We process your data to provide the service you use (contract and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b),(f) GDPR) and where you have given consent. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete it.
International transfer
The service runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (backend). Depending on their infrastructure, data may be processed on servers outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the USA), based on the providers' data-protection safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing, and you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
